At Prestige Wine & Liquors, we proudly offer shipping to every address within the United States.
Age Verification & Delivery
All purchases must be made by individuals aged 21 or older. Carriers require valid proof of age, and a signature by someone 21+ is mandatory upon delivery. Orders received by underage recipients or left unsigned cannot be completed.
We ship to all U.S. states. If local laws prevent home delivery in your state, we will ship your order to the nearest eligible liquor store for convenient pickup.
Address Accuracy & Cancellations
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address results in a return, the customer is liable for any return shipping costs. Cancellations due to address errors may incur a 10% processing fee.
Order & Product Details
All bottles listed at Prestige Wine & Liquors are 750ml and in stock, ready to ship. All sales are final. Refunds for cancellations before shipment may be issued minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Shipping & Weather Conditions
Ground shipping is not recommended during extreme temperatures due to risks of heat damage in summer or freezing in winter. We are not liable for product damage caused by temperature fluctuations during transit. Orders can be held upon request until conditions improve.
We do not ship alcoholic beverages over 70% ABV (140 proof), including 95% grain alcohol. Alcohol under 24% ABV is not subject to hazardous materials restrictions, but alcohol over 24% ABV cannot be shipped by air.
Order Processing & Availability
Prices and availability may change without notice. Order confirmation is sent within 3 business days of purchase. Once confirmed, orders typically ship within 8 business days. Holiday periods may cause slight delays.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you to offer a refund or the option to wait for restocking (up to 5 business days).
Packaging & Damaged Shipments
All products are securely packed in specialized shipping containers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage. Refunds may be issued upon return of damaged goods. Please note that minor leaks are not covered under our damage policy, but we will assist with significant issues.
